Donna Joe This victim was located September 28, 1992 on Gilbert's Island in the St.John River in New Brunswick, Canada. She was identified in 2003 as Donna Joe, a transient originally from the Burnt Church reserve in northeastern New Brunswick. Joe's death is regarded as suspicious. While little is known about Joe, she is believed to have been born in the 1960s. She was a homeless woman who visited Fredericton soup kitchens and shelters. |
Sean Lewis Cutler This victim was located in 1997 in Readsboro, Bennington County, Vermont. He was identified in 2003 as Sean Cutler. Cutler disappeared from New Jersey on June 15, 1996. |
Taiwan Jackson This victim was located in 1996 in Texas, though he was from New York. He lived long enough to say that he was AWOL. His family recognized him in May of 2003 on the Texas Department of Public Safety website, though he was never reported missing. |
Sarah Rae Boehm This 14-year-old murder victim was located in 1994 in Ohio, though she was originally from Pennsylvania. She was last seen leaving her home, telling her brother that she was going to spend the night with her friend. She was positively identified as Sarah Rae Boehm in May of 2003. |
Identified This woman was killed by an automobile in Texas in 2000 and was identified through fingerprints in May of 2003. The woman was from Arizona and had never been reported missing. |
Patricia Candace Walsh This woman was positively identified through dental information in June of 2003 as being a woman missing from Texas, though her body had been found in Utah 13 years earlier. The homicide is still being investigated, as well as that of her husband who died around the same time. |
Arturo Quirarte The victim was located on August 4, 1997 in Stateline, Nevada. He was positively identified in July 2003 as 25-year-old Arturo Quirarte, a Mexican resident. The cause of death remains a mystery, but suicide is suspected. |
Jack Watkins The victim was located on May 14, 1996 in Harpers Ferry Historic Park in Virginia. The body was stuffed inside two duffle bags, and placed in a large storage trunk. An autopsy revealed the man was sedated and strangled. He also had fresh cuts and abrasions on his body. Officers were not able to identify him until January 2003 when they searched military records. They determined the victim was Jack Watkins of Maryland. |
Christophe Faniard Due to the efforts of the members of The Doe Network, this victim has been identified as Christophe Faniard. The victim was located on July 1, 2000 in Brooklyn, New York City, NY. Faniard, 26, was last heard from on June 23, 2000, when he took a flight from his native France to New York City, NY. He was identified in September 2003. |

Elizabeth Turek The victim was located on February 4, 1987 in the Mississippi River in Saint Louis, Missouri and was identified in 1997 as 20 year-old Elizabeth Turek, mother of Cherie Barnes, who is still missing. Turek was the victim of a homicide. |
Tommy Beavers Jr. The victim was located May 5, 2001 in Whitfield County, Georgia and was identified in December 2003 as 21 year-old Tommy Beavers Jr. The GBI Crime Lab made the identification based on dental records. The family contacted the sheriff's office after seeing the sketch on the Doe Network Web site. They reported that the sketch resembled Tommy Beavers Jr. The crime lab obtained Beavers' dental records and made the identification. |
Lynne Louise Feliciano The victim was located in 1998 in Texas. Feliciano was originally from Florida, she was making a cross-country trip in 1996 and her remains were found 2 years later. Foul play is suspected in her death. |
Richard Lee Cloyd Jr. Due to the efforts of the members of The Doe Network, this victim has been identified as Richard Cloyd. The victim was located on November 3, 1999 in La Paz County, Arizona. Cloyd, 18, was last seen on June 7, 1999 in Poway, California. He was identified in December 2003. The identification was made by DNA. |
