Circumstances of Discovery

The victim was located behind Moody's Apartments on South 1st Street, approximately 150 yards from the El Lucero Bar, near the old food stamp office in Immokalee, Florida. He was robbed by several individuals who were later apprehended and sentenced. The victim was most likely an illegal immigrant and may have a wife and child in Mexico. He may have last name of "Rodriguez."
