• Marks, Scars: Cleft palate. A vertical scar on his abdomen.
• Clothing: He was last seen wearing blue boxer shorts, blue short sleeved coveralls and brown lace-up boots. He carries with him a homemade identification card, two wallets and a red Swiss army knife.
• Dentals: He has no teeth.
• Medical Conditions: Scott has Downs Syndrome, is mute and is on medications which when not taken may cause disorientation and seizures.

Scott was last seen in Splendora, Texas on December 16, 1994.
