Distinguishing Characteristics: Black with some gray hair and beard; slim build. Tattoo on left lateral arm: "TL" and an inverted "C"; tattoo on right lateral arm: "C" with words below "Red Sun".

Clothing: Green and blue striped shirt; blue denim jeans; two Hanes brand socks on left foot and one on right foot; brown leather shoes.

Case History
The victim was located in Savannah, Georgia on June 12, 2001. He was seen jumping from the bridge into the Savannah River on June 10th. His body was recovered by the Coast Guard two days later.
