This man was located wandering the streets of Atlanta, Georgia on March 21, 2005.
Atlanta police brought an elederly man to Grady after they found him wandering the streets, then he wound up at the system's nursing home

He talks about middle Georgia, it is believed he is a Georgia native. He occasionally talks about Florida.

He's said he has three or four children, his mother's name is Emma or Alma, and he wants to go to Atlanta's west end.
