Distinguishing Characteristics: He had a healed abdominal surgical scar and cataracts in both eyes.

Clothing: Denim jacket, green pants, gray sweat shirt, purple T-shirt, brown belt, black ball cap, socks and black shoes.

Case History
The victim died at Harris Methodist Fort Worth Hospital after falling at Interstate 30 and Lancaster Avenue on November 19, 2003.
