• Height and Weight at Time of Disappearance: 5'5"; 120 lbs.
• Distinguishing Characteristics: Native female. Brown hair; brown eyes. She wears glasses.
• Marks, Scars: Large birthmark at base of spine and a scar on her right ring finger.

Circumstances of Disappearance
On November 11, 1988, Shantelle's mother reported her missing/runaway. Shantelle was never located or returned home. It wasn't until approximately 11 years later when a family member called to find out where Shantelle was, it was found she'd never been located. Follow up investigation with her mother revealed she hasn't been seen or heard from since November 1988. Checks with Social Security and for Drivers liceses have turned up nothing. There have been no leads in this case since 1999.
