He has numerous tattoos, which include a flower on his chest with the initials "CE" above it, the word "CLEMECIA" on his right thigh, a chain of flowers on his right ankle, a homemade cross with the letters "SMR" on his left forearm, the initial "C" on his upper left arm, a spider web with a spider on his upper right arm and an unidentifiable object between his left thumb and forefinger. Curvilinear scar on left elbow. Horizontal scar on left forearm.
- Clothing: Black SOX ball-cap. Sark blue Polo-style shirt with Coco Loco Night Club; gray shorts; white briefs. Brown lace-up boots.
Case History
The victim was located on railroad tracks at 1200 Parker Allen, in Houston, TX on June 17, 2004. He was struck by a train.
