The victim was discovered on September 9, 2006 in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County, California

Estimated age: 21-35 years old

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'4"; 127 lbs.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair, three inches in length; brown eyes. Thin "Fu Man Chu" style mustache and 1" long goatee beard. No tattoos or scars found. He has a slight build with a thin face.

Dentals: Available

Clothing: Blue denim trousers and a multi-colored striped T-shirt (no size listed). He had a black wallet with monies and no identification. No jewelry worn.

Fingerprints: Available

Case History
The victim died on I-15 freeway south of Wasson Canyon Road, Lake Elsinore. He was struck by a vehicle while he was trying to cross a freeway at about 2:30 am.
