Vital Statistics

  • Estimated age: 50-70 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9" - 6'2" (71" measured); 140 - 185 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Reddish-brown straight hair. The victim may possibly be diabetic. A vial of "Novalin R" insulin with expiration date 4/2003 was located with him.
  • Clothing: A black baseball cap, a t-shirt labeled "New Mexico", "Levi's" denim shorts waist size 31", white leather Fila shoes size 11 and a tan plastic poncho.
  • Personal Effects : A green and white blanket, a duck pattern blanket and a green electric blanket were also found with him.
  • Fingerprints: Not Available
  • Dentals: Edentulous, no teeth, (no dentures recovered)
  • DNA: Available in CODIS


Case History
The victim was located in Mesquite, Texas on November 28, 2005.
The remains were discovered after a dog playing at 4300 block Interstate 30, in a field and wooded area near Highway 80 and Big Town Boulevard, found a human arm and took it home. Police were called and found more bones and clothing by some trees near East Meadows. While the cause of death is unknown, foul play is not suspected.
