  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Balding gray or partially gray hair and a mustache.
  • Clothing: A brown sweater, blue shirt, dark blue pants, a white T-shirt, and black, size 9, slip on shoes.
  • Dental: Available

Case History
The victim was recovered from the Illinois/Michigan Shipping Canal near Summit, Illinois. Metal weights were attached to his body via rope.
It is believed that the victim may have been homeless at the time.
