- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'1"-5'7"
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Grey hair. Medium size frame for height; above average muscular development. Prematurely aged. Functional osteo arthritis.
- Dentals: Only two teeth remained in his jaw.
- Clothing: Police found clothes hanging on a makeshift line and a tarp spread on the ground. 2 T-shirts, 1 long-sleeved light colored T-shirt, sweat pants, black jeans secured with a rope, a khaki Van Heusen jacket and a women's jacket, 2 pair of white socks, brown boots and a white metal watch. A few of the man's belongings, a plastic lighter, a lock-blade knife and a steel wristwatch, were located at the scene.

- Other: He was apparently transient.

The victim was located in an overgrown lot, in the 2000 block of Lamar, near downtown Houston, TX.
