- The victim was discovered on December 17, 1967 in Coboconk, Ontario, Canada
- Estimated Date of Death: Late spring to early summer, 1967.

Vital Statistics
- Estimated age: 15-22 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 160 cm (5'3")
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Light brown hair, slightly curly. Average length approximately 7.6 cm (3 inches) long. Slight build. He had 13 thoracic vertebrae, plus a 13th rib on the right side.
- Dentals: Teeth in good condition, well cared for. Some dental work, fillings in lower left and right front molars.
- Clothing: Tennis shoe, White, Size 7, Low cut, made in Czechoslovakia. There was no clothing present.
Case History
The victim was located in a wooded area of Balsam Lake Provincial Park, south of Highway #48, near Coboconk, Ontario.
