Circumstances of Disappearance
Williams was married on June 4, 1994. His wife reported he left home on June 6, 1994 at 1:00 a.m., and has not been seen again. Mr. Williams' family does not believe he would abandon the young daughter he had custody of, and fears he met with foul play.
Williams was a former correctional officer and a member of the Army Reserves.
