Tiffany was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Marie Catherine Dominique. A felony warrant for Custodial Interference was issued for the abductor on 12/2/94. The abductor was born on 6/24/64, is 5'4" (162 cm.) tall and weighs 130 lbs. (59 kg.) She may be using the alias Catherine Dominique.
