Circumstances of Disappearance
Lombard left home on December 17, 1993, to pick up his paycheck and go Christmas shopping. He was never seen again.
He is missing along with Paul H. Armstrong. Although both of the men worked for a local towing company and were acquainted, they were not close friends. Lombard's vehicle was found abandoned in a local business parking lot.
