• Clothing: Light blue shirt, blue denim jacket and blue Levi pants.
• Dentals: Not available. Missing 4 upper teeth for which he wears a partial plate.
• AKA: Cicero Garcia

Circumstances of Disappearance
Garcia was last seen on February 4, 1978 in the vicinity of Tully Road and Alvin Drive in southeast San Jose. Foul play is suspected.
