  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Mid to dark brown hair. Normal build.
  • Dentals: Poor condition, some staining which may suggest he was a smoker
  • Clothing: Brown money belt; light blue boxer Shorts/bathing suit. Jeans, Size 31, Denim remnants only.

The victim was located on August 11, 1983, in Lake Erie, Amherstburg, Ontario, 5.2 miles east of the Detroit River and 3 miles south of Holiday Beach.
