Case History
The victim was located in a sleeping bag, frozen to death, along the Deschutes River in Bend, Oregon, near Meadow Camp on November 27, 2004.
The victim appeared to be a transient, was dressed for the elements and had a backpack in his possession with no identification. The body has been cremated.
