Circumstances of Disappearance
Louann Bowers was last seen at her residence, in the early morning hours of June 8, 1993. Bowers was reported missing on June 8, 1993 by her parents after discovering that she did not report to school.
Information gathered during the investigation indicates that Bowers was involved in an amorous relationship and had mentioned running away to get married. A possible destination for Bowers was the southwestern United States.
Bowers had advised several friends and family that she would keep in contact with them after leaving. Bowers has not been in contact with any friends or family since June 8, 1993.
