The victim was discovered in February 10, 1999 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio

Estimated age: 37 - 47 years old

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0" -5'10" (61" measured)

Clothing: A yellow and brown short-sleeve T-shirt under a red, yellow and green print long-sleeved cotton shirt with a collar.
Over those two shirts he wore a brown, long-sleeve corduroy shirt with a black and brown denim collar.
Denim jeans, on his head he wore a black nylon wrap topped by a tight black hat, four pairs of socks, black nylon "dew rag" hat, tight black hat with end tied in knot and leather boat shoes.

Jewelry: Chain necklace with split ring as clasp, cylindrical keychain.

Personal Effects : In pockets a roll of black electrical tape, a metal punch, an pack of Kool cigarettes and a transparent green cigarette lighter.

Fingerprints: Not Available skeletal

Dentals: Available Teeth not recovered were #8, 9, 10, 11, and 26.

DNA: Not Available

Case History
The victim was located in the chimney of the Mount Ararat Baptist Church Youth Center on 3790 East.. 131st St. and Corlett Ave. in Cleveland, OH
The remains were found by a man who was repairing the heater at the Youth Center. After furnace installer hooked up duct work to chimney, found the chimney to be blocked. While attempting to clear blockage, found what appeared to be human remains.
Witnesses initially believed the skeleton was female, particularly because of a piece of tattered and deteriorated clothing that appeared to be a bra. The scrap was actually part of a T-shirt.
