Circumstances of Disappearance
On July 29, 1984 at approximately 8pm., Plummer wandered from his home in Sudlersville, Maryland. According to his guardian, Plummer had often wandered off but was always located nearby. Plummer was senile and absent minded. He has family in Delaware and was possibly heading there.
