Vital Statistics

  • Estimated age: 30-45 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'3"; 160 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown, wavy hair, with slight graying at the roots, approximately 24 inches in length; brown eyes. There are no grossly evident tattoos or scars, however, she was observed to have severe scoliosis.
  • Clothing: Navy blue Adidas sweatshirt; blue Adidas t-shirt; denim blue jeans, size 16; light colored underpants; blue socks; brown Colorado boots. She had a tiger-colored barrette in hair. With the body was a blue Eastpack backpack with blue bandanna tied on the strap.
  • Fingerprints: Fingerprints were processed, producing no record. Fingerprint record has since been destroyed.
  • Dentals: Available; fillings and a crown is present.
  • DNA: DNA Profile available in FBI NMPDD.

Case History
The victim was recovered from the Schuylkill River near South Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on January 12, 2000. Numerous attempts were made to attain an identity. Missing person inquires to date have produced no viable leads.
