  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Black, curly, braided hair; brown eyes. Evident black facial hair on chin. Bright red nail polish.
  • Clothing: A light colored t-shirt, labeled "Varsity Sports Champion Team"; brassiere, blue jeans, and black underwear.
  • Fingerprints: Not available
  • Dentals: Available. #27 Impacted permanent canine and a supernumerary tooth.
  • DNA: mtDNA Profile available in FBI NMPDD.


Case History
The decomposed remains of this female were found in the Delaware River at Pier 3, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on May 27, 2004.
On 5/24/2004 at 16:35, the unidentified woman was witnessed to jump from a pier into the Delaware River. She was pulled from the river three days later.
This case may only be positively identified through comparison of dental records or DNA.
