Circumstances of Disappearance
On January 19, 1996 Winston Redhead's father reported to RCMP that he had not heard from his son since December 21, 1996.
Redhead's brother later reported seeing him on the 21st of December and further advised that Winston had told him that he would be heading home for Christmas.
Inquiries by Winnipeg Police found the last contact with Redhead was made by staff at Main Street Project who indicated Redhead told them on December 26th, 1996 that he was heading back up North.
Redhead has not been located and his whereabouts is unknown. He is originally from Shamattawa, Manitoba. Foul play is suspected.
