- Tattoos: Heart shaped tattoo with 1/2 arrow shaft entering inner side of heart on upper right arm; "HATE" across knuckles on right hand; cross with distinct lines on either side and above cross on right thumb and index finger.
- Dentals: Not Available. Teeth appeared to be natural and of poor hygiene.
- Clothing: Blue jeans, Jockey type undershorts, white socks, Roughout leather boots, white leather belt. No jewelry found.

The victim was located two miles north of Alligator Alley on L-28 canal, in Collier County, Florida January 13, 1976.
