Circumstances of Disappearance
Cochran, a mother of three, was last seen in Pell City, Alabama on June 11, 1992.
Cochran was estranged from her husband at the time.
Cochran left her mother's house around 18.00 that evening, apparently headed to Birmingham.
The burned-out shell of her 1987 gray Nissan Sentra was found less than 12 hours later on an isolated road in Talladega County.
Her body has never been found.
