Classification: Family Abduction

Vital Statistics

Circumstances of Disappearance
Bryony and her sister, Alyshia , were abducted by their mother and grandfather.

Seven months after the birth of Bryony, the girl's mother, Lorraine Davis, told their father she was going to visit friends in Edmonton for a few days. She packed up both girls, and made the trek five-hours south to Alberta's capital. A week went by before he heard from her again.
Instead of visiting Edmonton for a few days, Davies' father, Tudor Davies, picked her up and drove her to the airport to board a plane to South Wales, United Kingdom.

After investigation by the RCMP, charges of abduction were laid against Lorraine and Tudor Davies.
Canadian justice has been trying to have them extradited to Canada since 1994.

Lorraine, Alyshia, Bryony and Tudor Davies, along with Tudor's wife, Viveen, have been living in Bridgend, South Wales since Lorraine first left Canada in 1994.
