Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown eyes; black hair, approximately 8 inches long.

Other: No scars or tattoos.

Clothing: Brown, flowered blouse; bra and red shirt.

Case History
The victim was found in a parking lot in the 6500 block of Pembroke Road. She died of hypothermia.
Investigators suspect she might have been a recent immigrant from Haiti or that she was homeless.
