Case History
The victim was located in the Schuylkill River in Perry Township on June 25, 2003 by two people that were tubing in the river.
The body was found off Five Locks Road near Fisher Dam Road.
Authorities are uncertain how long he had been in the river.

In the week prior to the body being found, the weather had been unseasonably cold and there had been considerable rainfall. The Schuykill River was running 8 to 10 feet above normal. There is a dam some four miles upriver from where the victim was found. Due to the nature of the construction of the dam, the victim is believed to have entered the river at some point between the dam and where the body was found.
