Case History
In the week prior to the body being found, the weather had been unseasonably cold and there had been considerable rainfall. The Schuykill River was running 8 to 10 feet above normal. There is a dam some four miles upriver from where the victim was found. Due to the nature of the construction of the dam, the victim is believed to have entered the river at some point between the dam and where the body was found. Investigators
