- The victim was discovered on November 22, 2003 in Robeson County, North Carolina

- Cause of death: Gunshot to the head, likely a handgun

- Estimated age: 25 - 35 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'4" - 5'7"
- Distinguishing Characteristics: White or possibly Hispanic male. Unknown hair and eye color.
- Clothing: Royal blue Adidas nylon shorts with an orange stripe on the back, a multicolored Tommy Hilfiger pullover shirt, a pair of black sandals and a heavy silver rope chain with a cross pendant were found with the remains.

- DNA: Available
Case History
The victim was located by a hunter just off N.C. 211 between Red Springs and Lumberton near the railroad overpass, in Robeson County, North Carolina in November 2003.
