The victim was discovered on July 31, 1985 in Cape May City Beach, Cape May county, New Jersey

Vital Statistics

Estimated Year of Birth: 1933 - 1937

Approximate Height and Weight: 5'10" - 6'0"; 105 - 115 lbs.

Distinguishing Characteristics: Grey hair; green eyes. No scars, marks, tattoos. The victim has a mustache and is balding.

Dentals: Available. He has full upper dentures and only 3 bottom teeth.

Clothing: The victim was wearing black oxford shoes with arches, black socks, a light blue long sleeved shirt, a blue t-shirt, a pair of green boxer shorts, and a pair of dark blue trousers. The victim also had a handkerchief with monogram "B" and a laundry mark on his outer shirt (B-SRBRO).

Case History
On July 31, 1985, the victim was found on Cape May City Beach, New Jersey at Patterson Avenue. The body is believed to have only been in the water for less than 12 hours.
