Distinguishing Characteristics: Dark-skinned; Wavy brown hair with slight frontal balding, shorter on sides, shoulder length in back; brown eyes; moustache. Uncircumcised.

Distinguishing Marks: A vertical, 2 inch scar, right upper arm.

Clothing: Green jeans - size 29, Jordan brand; brown belt; print motif long sleeve shirt; red, white and blue vertically striped jockey shorts; and white sweat socks with blue trim.

Fingerprints: Not Available

Dentals: Available in CODIS #'s 17, 18, 31 & 32- gross coronal decay.

DNA: Available in FBI NMPDD

The victim was located on State Road 674, East of Highway 39, Ft Lonesome, Florida on November 4, 1995. He was pedestrian struck from behind by auto a hit and run.
