Case History
The body of this full term infant with the umbilical cord still attached, was located inside a trash dumpster in the South alley of the 1300 block of Clifford Street in Odessa, Texas on July 18, 1996.
The infant was wrapped in a beige colored bath towel, inside a black colored plastic trash bag.
