Tony left for work on December 3, 2009. He didn't show up for work or return home that evening.
That night Tony's truck was found near Northwest 63rd and Hinney Road, approximately 15 miles from his home. The GPS tracking device indicated the truck was parked there at around 6:00 a.m. It's also known by GPS tracking, that the truck made a 4 minute stop at Harrah and Britton Roads and was not part of Tony's regular route.
Tony was in a custody battle with with his ex-girlfriend over their daughter and disappeared the day before the court hearing.
