Circumstances of Discovery

The infant, known as Baby Faith, was located in Horsetooth Reservoir, Larimer County, Colorado on August 24, 1996. She had been suffocated after being wrapped in a plastic garbage bag. She is buried in Roselawn Cemetery in Fort Collins, Colorado.

Four days earlier another female infant was located in Pueblo County under similar circumstances. Early DNA analysis do not link the two girls.
