Circumstances of Discovery

On December 28th, 1995, law enforcement, while responding to an unrelated call, saw the skull of an unidentified victim sitting on a bookshelf. Investigators were told that the skull was given to the home owner by an individual called "Snake." The homeowner later eluded the police. It is believed he was not from Florida, origin is possibly Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee or Missouri. The individual appears to be the victim of a homicide.
