Vital Statistics

  • Estimated age: 21-35 years old
  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'0 -6'0"; 145 lbs
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Black shoulder length hair; brown eyes.
  • Clothing: Red and Black checked shirt, blue jeans, boots, and green socks.
  • Scars, Marks: Scar on his right arm and another on his left arm (unspecified location on the arms ).
  • Other: Deemed to have type "O" blood. Possible first name of Rudolpho or Radolpho.


Case History
The victim was located near Farmers Market on New Market Road in Immokalee, FL.
He lived in Tara Park, third trailor on the right off Lake Trafford Road with a Francisco and Jose Via.
According to Mr. Via, "Radolpho" had come to Immokalee on September 21, 1980 along with 12 other Mexican males, from Dallas, Texas.
Further, "Radolpho" has family in Mexico, but also an uncle in Dallas and another in Houston, Texas - this prior to moving to Immokalee in 1980.
"Radolpho" moved from Tara Park to the Labor Camp two weeks prior to death.
