Distinguishing Characteristics: Black hair; brown eyes. He has a mole on the left side (confirmed) of his face next to his nose.

Clothing: Black pants & belt, blue t-shirt, martoon undershirt, gray socks, slack shoes.

Case History
The victim was located on June 14th 1999, hanging from an outside wall of the "El Rancho" Hotel at 2755 Las Vegas Boulevard South.
