- Estimated age: 45-60 years old
- Approximate Height and Weight: 5'5-5'9"
- Distinguishing Characteristics: Hair was dark brown in color with some grey, approximately 4"-5" long. Wore a mustache.
- Skeletal Findings: Severe healed facial trauma to the right side of the face, resulting in bone loss in the sinus area; surgical wire embedded near the right eye.
- Clothing: X-large red, green and white boxer shorts with the words "Hotel Hourly" printed on them; size 34 "Jantzen" brand, blue walking shorts.
- Dentals: Available. Victim may have had space between his upper front two teeth.
