• Distinguishing Characteristics: Black, 6 inches, straight hair; brown eyes. Black beard and mustache. An old star-shaped scar in the center of the anterior neck, probably from a tracheotomy, and an old healed scar of the mid left leg. No tattoos.
• Clothing: Cap, T-shirt, pants, belt, shoe, socks, swimsuit, sweatshirt, Billfold, SS card, personal papers, $24.03. No jewelry.

Case History
The victim was located on SR 50 west of Forsythe Road in Orlando, FL. He was struck by a car and later died at Florida Hospital East. He was intoxicated and struck while attempting to cross the street.

He was one of two transients attempting to cross SR 50. He was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center.
