Circumstances of Disappearance
Kelly was abducted, together with her sister Kimberly by their noncustodial mother, Elaine Yates.

The mother has been placed in the National Computer as a missing person/endangered. A felony warrant for Child Snatching was issued  on November 16, 1988.
