Circumstances of Disappearance
Paul was last seen at approx. 2:00 pm at his residence near N. Azalea in Covington, LA. He
was last seen leaving his residence to go for a bike ride but never returned. His bike has never
Paul had Parkinson's disease and also suffered from brief periods of memory loss and disorientation.
