  • Approximate Height and Weight: 68"; 135 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Brown eyes. Dark brown hair with graying at the temples, thick mustache, defect on left foot at the base of the first toe.
  • Dentals: Available
  • Tattoos: Tattoo on right forearm-initials "WR", right upper arm has a tattoo that is roughly oval in outline and approximately 2" high and 1.5" wide.

Case History
The victim was found floating in the Colorado River, in Laughlin, Nv. He reportedly was seen periodically in the Laughlin area and is believed to be a transient. The victim was found on October 18, 1987 at 1445 hours.
