Distinguishing Marks/Features: Tattoo on right forearm-initials "WR", right upper arm has a tattoo that is roughly oval in outline and approximately 2" high and 1.5" wide. Defect on left foot at the base of the first toe. Left thoracotomy scar, 17 inches long. 4" scar on base of left side of neck. Two small drain scars on left side of chest. Cast on lower right arm which extended from the fingers, up to just below the elbow.
