    Circumstances of Disappearance

    Stevie is paralyzed from the waist down and was confined to a wheelchair and colostomy bag at time of disaearance. Stevie disapeared with a man by the name of Joseph Grashner. It was reported that Stevie and Joe left a birthday party on Pointz Ave, in a red van, with a group of people. Stevie and Joe never returned. Neither did the red van.
