  • Approximate Height and Weight: 5'9"; 200 lbs.
  • Distinguishing Characteristics: Believed to be Hispanic. Black hair; brown eyes. Short, combed back hair. Stocky build. No tattoos noted to his body.
  • Dentals: Good, expensive dental care with crowns and filling. Dentals are available.
  • Clothing: He was wearing a short sleeved, white shirt with blue horizontal stripes. No jewelry.
  • Other: Fingerprints are available

Case History
The victim was found in the Whitewater RiverWash just north of Ramon Road, on the edge of Cathedral City.
His bound body is believed to be dumped at location found. Found by passerby lying along a bank of the Whitewater Riverwash. This is being handled as a homicide death. He was beaten to death, wrapped in bedding and tossed from the road without identification or any personal effects.
