• Medical Conditions: David has a history of mental illness and when last seen was not capable of sustaining himself for long periods of time without proper care.
• Clothing: Last seen wearing a maroon jogging suit and a suede jacket.

Circumstances of Disappearance
David Aubrey Williams disappeared on October 23, 1989 without a trace and has not been seen since that day.
