The victim was reported missing on 12/15/81 by his mother. The victim was last seen on 11/16/81. He was allegedly going to unload a truck with a friend (David Rees - also a missing person). Neither subjects were seen or heard from again. Mitchell and Rees were possibly traveling to the North Florida area. His photo shown was taken several years before he went missing. Foul play suspected.
