Source Information:
On May 15, 2002, an unidentified white male, who was in stages of decomposition, was discovered deceased on an island in Natco Lake, Union Beach, New Jersey.
There was no evidence of a camp on the island, although both homeless people and fishermen have set up camps at times on several islands in the lake. There were indications "of some human activity, blankets and cooking utensils" on a second island nearby, but authorities don't know if they belonged to the dead man.
He was discovered by a naturalist on an early morning birding walk. There were no signs of trauma, wounds, fractures. No signs of foul play.
