    • Distinguishing Characteristics: Light brown hair. He had a mustache and two small scars on the right side of his chin.
    • Clothing: He was wearing a long-sleeved gray dress shirt (size 15 1/2 X 32-33); blue slacks; black socks; and black oxford shoes, "Chancellor" brand. A Dr. Scholl's pad was inserted into the bottom of the right shoe.

    Case History
    The victim was located in Southwest Bexar County, TX, circa 7 feet off a roadway, visible to passing motorists.
    He was a victim of homicide, shot and set on fire.
